Team Member

Crew Leader

Supporting the Management Team in key objectives including operations and training in the Front and Back of the house is the next step.

$30,640* Median compensation including Health Insurance Benefits. Quarterly reviews (each eligible for compensation increase)

$13 per hour = $27,000 per year

$14 per hour = $29,120 per year

$15 per hour = $31,200 per year

Assistant Manager

$44,587.50* Median compensation including Paid Time Off, and Health Insurance. Quarterly reviews (eligible for compensation increase). Based on a 45-hour workweek.

Base Compensation Range Annualized:

Figures below DO NOT include employer benefit contributions or PTO; $44,587.50 is current median total compensation (inclusive of employer benefit contributions, and PTO)

$14 per hour = $34,580 per year

$15 per hour = $37,000 per year

$16 per hour = $39,500 per year

$17 per hour = $42,000 per year

Assistant General Manager

$55,335* Median Salaried compensation including Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, and Bonus Plan. Based on a 45 hour workweek.

General Manager

$71,215* Median Salaried compensation including Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, and Bonus Plan. Based on a 45 hour workweek.

+ up to $6744.12** per month in profit sharing program

*Based on company-wide median and target including all compensation and available benefits. Actual earnings will vary based upon total hours worked, the applicable hourly/salary wage rate, overtime pay, bonuses, and benefits elected.
