Michael Torres
Director of Human Resource
Mike Torres, Human Resources Director, joined BSBC Zaxby’s in June 2021. As a committed and seasoned member of the Above Store Management team, he brings to the table over two decades of invaluable experience in the vibrant and challenging restaurant industry, with a decade dedicated to HR leadership. Mike holds a strong educational background in Business Management with a distinct emphasis on HR which is further fortified by his SHRM-CP credentials.
Mike's extensive experience not only enriches our organization but also underscores his unique perspective and deep appreciation for the pivotal role that human capital plays as the most valuable asset in any organization.

Jennifer Judd
Executive Assistant
Although I have only been with BSBC Zaxbys a short time, the Zaxby’s community has made up most of my adult working life. I spent 6 years working for a Zaxby’s franchise group in Troy, AL while I put myself through college. I started as a cashier and worked my way through the positions until I became an Assistant Manager. After leaving Zaxby’s for 5 years to gain experience as a General Manager with U-Haul, I returned to Zaxby’s corporate as a General Manager for 2 years. In July of 2023 I officially joined the BSBC Zaxby’s family as the Executive Assistant to Boris, Shaun, Blake, and Cotton. I’m excited to learn more about Zaxby’s from an administrative point of view and I look forward to helping BSBC Zaxby’s grow and prosper.

Tiffany joined Zaxby's Team on October 2012, started as an Assistant Manager and now a Market Development Manager and also managing 3 locations (Ocoee, Apopka, JYP) as District manager.
